Job Summary
As a Business Development Manager/Senior Manager for International Marketing focused on the Indonesia Market, you will drive customer engagement, enhance visitor experience at Marina Bay Sands, and develop relationships with Premium players. Responsibilities include promoting gaming products, managing customer profiles, overseeing complimentary strategies for profitability, and ensuring compliance with company policies. A diploma or degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred alongside significant experience in casino marketing sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years solid experience in managerial positions in Casino Marketing or player development
- In depth knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering Policy, Company Compliance Policy and Credit Policy
- Knowledge of gaming products and services offered at Paiza, especially the Premium Program offered by MBS
- Proficient in basic Microsoft software including Word, Excel, Outlook
- Highly motivated, self-manageable, and sales-driven
- Customer-centric and service-oriented
- Adept at balancing multi-tasking and prioritization
- Ability to handle conflicts and solve problems in a culturally diverse environment
