Job Summary

The Business Development Manager is responsible for nurturing strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and unlocking business growth through bringing new business, upselling, and cross-selling across the company's subsidiaries. This strategic client-facing role requires a proactive and commercially minded professional with a proven ability to identify growth opportunities, foster trust, and ensure superior service delivery. Responsibilities include managing client communication, aligning solutions with client needs, monitoring service delivery, identifying growth opportunities, and maintaining performance tracking. A Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in operations or service delivery are required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience, ideally within operations or service delivery, working closely with the Director of Operations or a similar function.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management with measurable achievements.

Desired Qualifications

  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of upselling/cross-selling.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
