Job Summary
Business Development Manager, Strategic Accounts in the construction market with a focus on Electrical Trades. Drive net-new targeted accounts, negotiate contracts with contracts and legal teams, collaborate with leadership to establish delivery expectations, develop pricing models to attract and retain workers, and ramp account penetration within the first year. Requires strategic thinking, strong relationship-building with senior decision makers, and a proven track record in sales and account management within staffing. Role is based in Phoenix, AZ with hybrid work arrangement and travel up to 50% in support of client engagements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 7 years related experience selling to senior level decision makers with at least five years in account management and sales of strategic accounts
- Prior experience selling in the staffing industry highly preferred
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office products
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to persuade an audience
- Demonstrative success in developing and maintaining professional contacts
- Possess effective interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to all levels of management and employees
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and make decisions
