Job Summary
Business Development Manager responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize opportunities for the hotel across local and international corporate travel; drives upselling and profitability across rooms and revenue centers; maintains high exposure in major markets through direct sales, telephone, fax, and written communication; collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Events Management, and Reservations to achieve overall sales objectives; builds strong relationships with hotel departments and guests; requires at least 3 years of Hotel Sales & Marketing experience, fluency in English and Arabic, and willingness to work long hours.
