Job Summary
The Business Development Manager at SERVPRO drives marketing campaigns, oversees the client database, and maintains an active presence at local and regional associations and trade show events to grow revenue and build long-standing client relationships. The role involves developing and executing a business development plan aligned with franchise growth objectives, expanding the revenue pipeline through new prospects, planning CE classes and events, conducting revenue and activity analyses, and managing marketing budgets. It also includes recruiting, training, and leading the business development and marketing team, applying master service agreements (MSAs) and ERP listings, and achieving annual revenue goals of $1.5 million. Flexible work-from-home options are available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years of direct sales experience
- At least one (1) year of management experience
- Proven ability to build and lead a successful team
- Strong leadership, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Process-oriented and results-driven mindset
- Experience within the cleaning, restoration, construction, or insurance industries preferred
- Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects
- Ability to work with and around cleaning agents and restoration products
- Ability to successfully complete a background check, subject to applicable law
