Job Summary
Lead and manage key customers in the Middle East region for Sensormatic Solutions ShopperTrak Analytics, driving growth in Saudi Arabia's retail sector by pitching people counting and shopper movement analytics to C-Level and other decision-makers, collaborating with marketing and inside sales to generate opportunities, and developing long-term customer relationships to grow the territory.
Required Qualifications
- 7-9 years of experience in Retail Operations/Sales/Pre Sales in service and technology industry within the Retail sector including Apparel, Consumer Electronics and other customer facing industries
- Proven track record in working with the retail/shopping mall sector, particularly with an understanding of procurement processes
- Self-Motivated, Determined, results-driven, strong business driven acumen
- Great relationship builder, team player
- Fluent language skills in English and other language skills are good to have
- Preferred Direct experience with retail analytics, footfall tracking, data management or customer experience optimization
- A proactive, results-oriented professional with strong B2B sales and marketing experience
- Ability to navigate complex client environments and deliver tailored solutions
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with the competitive landscape in KSA retail and commercial property sectors
