Job Summary
Business Development Manager at Seniors Helping Seniors leads relationship-building with referral sources, educates partners on the peer-to-peer care model, and expands the organization’s senior-care partner network. Requires extensive experience in business development or healthcare administration, strong communication and presentation skills, CRM proficiency, and reliable transportation for community visits. Flexible schedule with some remote work options is noted; compensation is tied to performance and includes mileage reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- 10 plus years of experience in Business, Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Gerontology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of experience in relationship management, business development, or community outreach, preferably within healthcare or senior services
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining professional referral networks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences and explain complex concepts in accessible ways
- Strong presentation skills and comfort speaking to groups of varying sizes, with ability to educate and inspire
- Genuine enthusiasm for our peer-to-peer model and ability to authentically communicate its benefits
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for community visits
