Job Summary
Business Development Manager responsible for driving customer acquisition and high-quality lead generation. Conduct account profiling through research and strategic questioning, focusing on tailoring solutions for corporate clients. Major activity includes client visits within the VisMin region (with travel to Manila for training), delivering product presentations and negotiations to close high-value opportunities, and developing strategic sales plans to exceed targets. Prepare sales performance analyses and trend reports to monitor progress. Must communicate effectively in English and the local dialect, be proactive in a dynamic environment, and maintain resilience in challenging situations. The role requires 2+ years of B2B high-value account experience, strong negotiation and consultative selling skills, and a willingness to travel extensively in the VisMin region and to Manila for events.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development for B2B high-value accounts
- Ability to communicate and deliver presentations in English and local dialect
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the Visayas-Mindanao (VisMin) region and to Manila for training and events
- Proactive problem-solving and a self-starter mindset
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to conduct client visits and build consultative relationships
- Proven ability to identify and engage potential high-value clients
- Eligibility to work in the Philippines
