Job Summary
Business Development Manager to accelerate international growth for a European furniture manufacturer. Responsible for identifying growth opportunities, acquiring new customers, expanding partnerships with retailers and distributors, managing the full commercial process from prospecting to contract negotiations, monitoring market trends, representing the company at events, and collaborating with product development, operations, and customer service to deliver solutions. Requires B2B sales/key account experience, familiarity with furniture/home living industries, strong negotiation and stakeholder-management skills, English fluency, and willingness to travel internationally. Opportunity to influence international expansion and be part of a high-autonomy commercial team.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or key account management within B2B environments.
- Experience in furniture, interiors, home living, or related industries.
- Track record of developing new business and building long-term customer relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen and customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-driven and entrepreneurial approach with the ability to work independently.
- Fluency in English.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
