Job Summary
Identify growth opportunities in international markets and develop new customer relationships with furniture retailers, distributors, and strategic customers. Manage the full commercial process from prospecting to contract negotiations and account development; collaborate with product development, operations, and customer service teams to deliver customer solutions; represent the company at customer meetings, trade fairs, and industry events; contribute to long-term commercial strategy and growth; travel internationally to support growth initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or key account management within B2B environments
- Experience in furniture, interiors, home living, or related industries
- Track record of developing new business and building long-term customer relationships
- Strong commercial acumen and customer-focused mindset
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-driven and entrepreneurial approach with the ability to work independently
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to travel internationally
