Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business, marketing, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in commercial and industrial construction business development
- Proven track record of successfully identifying, pursuing, and winning new business in the construction industry
- Deep understanding of commercial and industrial construction project delivery methods
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar systems)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and project management software
