Job Summary
Field-based business development role covering the Eastern US; travel regularly to meet prospective and existing customers, build new accounts, and grow territory revenue. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities within consumer packaged goods and manufacturing sectors, maintaining a strong pipeline, conducting face-to-face meetings, presentations, and site visits, managing full sales cycle from outreach to closing, expanding existing accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to align packaging solutions. Junior track focuses on outbound prospecting, meeting coordination, and pipeline support. Requires outbound activity, heavy travel to customer sites, and strong relationship-building with brand owners and manufacturers.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience selling flexible packaging, pouches, films, labels, or related packaging solutions
- Ability to travel regularly and conduct in-person client meetings
- Strong hunter mentality with track record of opening new accounts
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience in B2B sales or consumer packaged goods industry
- Willingness to develop into full-cycle field sales role
