Job Summary
Business Development Manager (Sales & Operations) overseeing revenue growth for enterprise software and workforce solutions. Responsible for leading multi-channel sales, conducting client discovery, delivering proposals and demos, managing end-to-end sales cycles, and coordinating onboarding and service delivery. Works with product and development teams to document requirements, design cost-effective solutions, and guide client onboarding, registration, payment processes, and benefits administration. Builds strong client relationships, mentors junior team members, represents the company at industry events, and drives POC demonstrations to showcase value. Requires strong sales, product management, and relationship-building skills, with ability to travel for opportunities and client meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in software sales, preferably in IT solutions, SaaS, or workforce management systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong product management experience or background
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel as needed for business opportunities and client meetings
- Thrives in ambiguous environment, not afraid to be creative in coming up with business solutions
