Job Summary
Lead generation, RFP/proposal development, bid submissions, client outreach, and relationship-building with dental practices; develop and execute sales strategies; conduct market research; collaborate with recruitment teams; manage CRM-based reporting and client communications.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Prior experience in preparing and submitting RFPs or participating in bid processes
- Strong English communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with online procurement portals and RFP submission processes
- Ability to adapt to US business hours (PST)
- Strong understanding of US dental or healthcare industry is a plus
