Identify high-potential opportunities in the Romanian SME and mid-market segments, build an outbound pipeline, pitch Mollie’s localised value proposition, and manage complex deals from discovery to go-live. Maintain CRM records in Hubspot and provide local market insights to product and marketing teams. Requires professional fluency in Romanian and English, a proven B2B SaaS/fintech sales track record, deep knowledge of the Romanian e-commerce ecosystem, and a hunter mindset with strong negotiation and API/payment-integration storytelling skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Professional fluency in Romanian and English
