Job Summary
The Business Development Manager is responsible for promoting Rimkus’s expert services and securing new business through the development of client relationships within an assigned territory. This role necessitates a proven background in business development, specifically in property management and/or real estate. The individual will execute sales strategies, manage client accounts, maintain a CRM database, and prepare RFPs. Essential skills include effective communication, professionalism, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional-level experience in consultative sales, business development, client relationship management, or account management
- Experience with the building engineering, roofing, or construction industries
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
