Job Summary
The Business Development Manager promotes Rimkus' expert services and secures new business within an assigned sales territory. This role involves developing relationships with prospective clients through strategic prospecting and maintaining accounts with existing clients. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities for new client acquisitions, executing competitive sales strategies to ensure client satisfaction, managing the CRM system, preparing RFPs, and collaborating with operations to address client needs. Successful candidates must possess strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a high degree of professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional-level experience in consultative sales, business development, client relationship management, or account management.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with the building engineering, roofing, or construction industries.
