Job Summary
Generate new business opportunities and achieve revenue and gross profit (GP) targets. Conduct meetings with B & C customers to present logistics solutions and close deals. Build and maintain long-term client relationships, engage with decision-makers, and lead regional and global tenders. Collaborate to define pricing strategies, record sales activities in MS Dynamics CRM, and coach junior members. Strong analytical skills, client focus, and proven sales track record are essential. Fluency in English required, with Korean as a preferred skill.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 5 years of field sales experience in freight forwarding
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and work ethic
- Willingness to travel within Korea and internationally as required

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial and strategic mindset
- Fluency in Korean (highly preferred)
