Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in direct sales of home loans and mortgages
- Demonstrated banking experience, either locally or internationally, for at least 1 year
- Proven sales experience with the ability to meet consistently and exceed targets
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Arabic
- Strong ability to identify, develop, and close sales opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a mobile sales team
- A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving abilities
