Job Summary
Proactively identify new business opportunities, establish strong client relationships, and conduct site inspections to prepare tailored pest control treatment proposals. Handle customer enquiries while delivering high-quality pre-sales and post-sales support, and maintain deepening connections with existing clients through regular meetings. Collaborate closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth scheduling, coordination, and execution of all service orders. This role offers a competitive base salary plus commission, a 13-month salary, and a 5-day work week within a vibrant, driven team focused on sustainable growth and leadership opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business development, account servicing or related functions
- Money Hungry individuals who are prepared to excel in sales
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Good team player with a good sense of responsibility
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
