Job Summary
Drive new business acquisition by proactively identifying and securing enterprise employer clients, managing a robust sales pipeline from enquiry to program launch, meeting with employer clients and stakeholders, and continuously refining strategies to grow memberships and improve customer experience. Role requires 5-8+ years in enterprise sales or account management (B2B/B2B2C), strong written and verbal communication, ability to influence senior stakeholders, CRM/tool proficiency (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Firmable), and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset. Fully remote with Singapore-based focus; includes opportunities to participate in industry events and network-building activities.
