Job Summary
Business Development Manager to own and grow the Phoenix market for All Pro Security, prospecting and developing new business through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and strategic prospecting; conduct site walks and security assessments, develop tailored proposals, and close recurring service contracts across security solutions (guards, patrol, cameras, drones, event staffing, fire watch, executive protection, emergency response); collaborate with operations for onboarding and long-term client retention; represent the company at events and maintain a strong pipeline and CRM documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in B2B outside sales, account executive, territory sales, or business development roles
- Strong hunter mentality with experience self-generating opportunities
- Proven ability to close new business and manage a sales pipeline
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the territory
