Responsibilities include proactive prospecting, solution-based sales engagements (client meetings, presentations, and product demos both virtual and in-person), tailoring offerings to client needs, leading targeted sales campaigns, attending industry events, building relationships with law societies and bar associations, managing the full sales pipeline, forecasting, and delivering revenue targets. Requires 3+ years in BD/B2B solution selling, experience with CRM tools, and the ability to engage senior executives. Strong communication, presentation skills, self-motivation, and the capacity to work independently are essential. Degree in Law or Business is advantageous, and experience in legal, governance, risk, or compliance is beneficial. The role emphasizes relationship-building, research to tailor product offerings, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing and industry bodies; English fluency and the ability to manage multiple sales cycles are important. Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development or B2B solution selling with a proven track record
  • Experience in software, insurance, telecoms, legal tech, risk/compliance, or other subscription-based industries (preferred)
  • Strong business acumen with ability to engage senior executives, partners, and key decision-makers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — articulate, persuasive, and fluent in English
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and tools for managing leads, opportunities, and account information
  • Degree in Law or Business advantageous; ability to grasp legal/technical solutions and experience in legal, governance, risk, or compliance is beneficial
