Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development within lending, finance, fintech or channel sales
  • A track record of driving revenue through broker, aggregator or referral networks
  • Strong understanding of the SME lending landscape and broker ecosystem
  • Demonstrated success in managing a territory and consistently hitting sales targets
  • A proactive, hunter mindset with the ability to identify, engage and win new partners
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills, you build credibility quickly and influence outcomes
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to understand what drives partner and SME client decisions
  • High energy, resilience and a passion for working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
