Job Summary
Own your territory by building high-performing partnerships and driving consistent deal flow in a Queensland territory. Develop broker, aggregator and referral networks to generate SME lending opportunities; educate partners on Prospa’s value proposition and convert relationships into repeat referral pipelines; maintain strong partner relationships to ensure Prospa is top-of-mind for SME lending needs; thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth channel sales environment with a proactive, hunter mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development within lending, finance, fintech or channel sales
- A track record of driving revenue through broker, aggregator or referral networks
- Strong understanding of the SME lending landscape and broker ecosystem
- Demonstrated success in managing a territory and consistently hitting sales targets
- A proactive, hunter mindset with the ability to identify, engage and win new partners
- Outstanding relationship-building skills, you build credibility quickly and influence outcomes
- Commercial acumen and the ability to understand what drives partner and SME client decisions
- High energy, resilience and a passion for working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
