Business Development Manager

Job Summary
Milestone One seeks a Business Development Manager to identify and recruit clinical trial sites, promote the Milestone One brand, build a site network, and manage clinical trials from vendor selection through site contracting. The role collaborates with Operations, site personnel, and external CRO partners to drive trial execution and expand the study and site portfolio. Responsibilities include market research to recruit sites, attending industry events and running marketing campaigns to generate new business, developing patient referral networks with physicians and clinics, coordinating communications with sites and Sponsors, overseeing site management from identification to contract finalization, leading site identification and qualification visits, implementing development plans for sites, and gathering site feedback to improve collaboration. Requires a Master’s degree in life sciences, ICH GCP training, at least 5 years in a clinical environment, English (C1), MS Office proficiency, a valid driver’s license, strong communication and sales skills, and team management ability.

- Valid category B driver’s license
