Job Summary
Drive new business development for a manufacturing services provider by prospecting, qualifying, pursuing, and closing new clients while serving as primary relationship owner for accounts. Maintain a strong pipeline, forecast accurately, identify emerging markets, and proactively prospect opportunities. Travel to Huron, SD monthly for all-employee meetings. Requires independence with majority focus on net new business; success measured by new client acquisitions and revenue growth. Compensation includes base salary 70-90k with uncapped commission and potential earnings in first year 110k-150k; benefits include health/dental insurance, 401K, HSA, PTO.
