Job Summary
Own growth execution across assigned private water accounts in California, including investor-owned utilities and O&M contractor relationships. Build trusted field presence with customer operations, construction, and procurement teams to uncover new opportunities and remove barriers in real time. Execute account agreements, pricing programs, and commitments consistently while monitoring projects, orders, and operational risks to keep work moving. Lead cross-functional action by aligning regional sales, branch operations, and supply chain teams to solve customer needs and drive profitable growth. This field-first role requires 25–40% regional travel throughout California to support assigned customers and field teams.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in account management, sales, or project coordination
- Experience within waterworks, utilities, or infrastructure
- Strong ability to build relationships across regional, district, and field teams
- Experience managing complex accounts spanning multiple locations or stakeholders
- Knowledge of Ferguson systems (Salesforce and PowerBI) and operational processes
