Business Development Manager focused on the Private Capital sector and Real Estate, collaborating with partners and senior stakeholders to shape and execute BD and marketing plans, produce credentials and pitch materials, contribute to campaigns and thought leadership, leverage CRM and marketing tech to deepen client relationships, and coordinate client events and industry submissions across global markets.
Required Qualifications
- Strong foundation in business development or marketing within a professional services environment
- Experience in legal services, professional services, consultancy, financial services, technology, or real estate
- Demonstrable experience supporting strategic business development initiatives, pitches, or sector programmes
- Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail and quality
- Ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
- Collaborative, solutions-focused approach, able to work independently
- Strong organizational capability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Interest in Private Capital and global markets; experience in Real Estate is advantageous but not required
