Business Development Manager - Pressure Management

Job Summary

Identify and cultivate opportunities with new customers while maintaining relationships with key accounts. Manage and coordinate the pursuit of in-house and field opportunities, leading projects through identification, strategy, proposal, execution, and completion phases. Serve as an outside sales resource and subject matter expert on installation, maintenance, and commissioning services for isolation valves and actuators. Communicate technical requirements to the inside sales team and ensure compliance with customer safety standards and industry protocols like ANSI and ASME. Travel extensively, including overnight trips, requiring a valid driver's license and own vehicle.

  • Ability to access customer equipment which may involve stooping, bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing ladders and stairs, riding man lifts, walking scaffolding, catwalks, etc.
  • Valid driver's license

  • Must be able to drive several hours per day
  • Must be able to make overnight trips
  • Must be able to carry a laptop computer
  • Must be able to occasionally carry demonstration equipment/products
  • Must comply with customer safety standards including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (respirators, goggles, hearing protection, etc.)
  • Must understand and comply with generally accepted industry standards, such as ANSI, ASME, API, IEC and others
