Job Summary
High-energy, relationship-driven Business Development Manager to develop PM Design's Retail, Restaurant, and Hospitality Architecture & Engineering practice across the East Coast; focus on developing national and regional rollout clients, generating new leads, and converting pursuits into awarded work for multi-site and program-based projects. Lead RFP/RFQ responses, coordinate proposals and interviews, collaborate with architecture, engineering, and operations teams, align scope and timelines with client expectations, and travel to client offices and industry events (approx. 30%).
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of business development experience in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related professional services
- Direct experience in Retail, Restaurant, and/or Hospitality markets is a plus
- Demonstrated success generating leads and securing client work
- Strong presentation, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel across the East Coast
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented
