Job Summary

Drive growth in FPGA-based Physical AI solutions across robotics, autonomous systems, industrial automation, and edge AI by identifying target segments and securing design wins with OEMs, vendors, and system integrators. Bridge technical and business teams to position FPGA architectures against competing platforms, influencing system safety and architecture decisions while managing ecosystem partnerships for joint solution development. Develop high-impact sales collateral, reference architectures, and competitive positioning materials to support deal progression and customer presentations. Provide structured market feedback to product and engineering teams to shape real-time control, motion, and AI capabilities, with a focus on converting opportunities into pipeline and revenue across fast-emerging markets.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Master's degree
  • 7+ years of experience in: Robotics, industrial / factory automation, autonomous systems, or edge AI / embedded systems
  • 7+ years of experience in Semiconductor, module, controls, or OEM environments
  • Strong understanding of: Motion / motor control and real-time systems
  • Strong understanding of Industrial control and networking concepts
  • Strong understanding of Sensor technologies and fusion (camera, LiDAR, IMU, force / torque)
  • Strong understanding of AI / ML fundamentals (edge inference pipelines)
  • Familiarity with key interfaces and networks: EtherCAT, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, TSN, real-time Ethernet
  • Experience engaging global customers and managing long design cycles

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with FPGA-based systems or FPGA solution selling
  • Understanding of high-speed I/O and memory subsystems, multi-axis motion control, and edge AI deployment constraints (latency, power, form factor)
  • Familiarity with ROS / ROS2, AI frameworks, and edge AI toolchains
  • Awareness of functional-safety and industrial standards (ISO 10218, ISO/TS 15066, IEC 61508 / SIL, IEC 62443)
  • Prior experience with: Robotics OEMs or integrators
  • Prior experience with Industrial automation / controls / drive companies
  • Prior experience with Autonomous-system, drone, or AMR/AGV developers
  • Prior experience with Edge AI platform or appliance vendors
  • MBA or business training
