Job Summary
Conduct feasibility and profitability studies of club commercial spaces through market research on competitors and rental benchmarks. Source and convert leads to successful tenancies while proposing terms and following lease documents to completion. Formulate and implement business models to maximize rental income and occupancy within the club portfolio. This three-year renewable contract includes company transport to Tanah Merah MRT and offers a competitive remuneration package with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma / Degree holders
- 2 or more years of relevant experiences in marketing and/or business development / leasing
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivator
- Resourceful
- Ability to work independently
