Required Qualifications
- Must reside in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Minimum of 5+ years in the travel industry, working in a Sales role.
- Experience working for a Tour Operator, selling group travel.
- Strong relationship-building to grow key accounts with regular contact and informative updates.
- Ability to target and achieve results, set challenging goals, and meet deadlines.
- Ensure marketing collateral is used to maintain presence in key account agencies.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Participate in trade and consumer shows/events where beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech savvy with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Able to develop detailed sales/marketing plans aligned with company goals, manage time and workflows, and create effective sales call plans.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel extensively throughout the territory.
