Business Development Manager | Pediatric Mental Health | Ages 4-12

Job Summary

Develop and execute business development strategies to increase referrals and program growth for InspireKids Behavioral Health. Build and maintain relationships with schools, pediatricians, hospitals, and community organizations to expand our referral network throughout Northeast Ohio. Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and educational events to promote services while tracking activity in CRM systems. Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure seamless intake and represent the organization at networking events and community outreach. Monitor market trends to identify expansion opportunities and help develop marketing initiatives that improve access to compassionate behavioral healthcare for children ages 4–12.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in business development, healthcare marketing, provider relations, or community outreach
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with community partners and referral sources
  • Strong presentation, networking, and public speaking skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of behavioral health services, Medicaid, and the healthcare referral process
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for expanding access to care for children and families
  • Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
  • local travel throughout Northeast Ohio

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience building referral networks within healthcare, behavioral health, education, or social services
  • healthcare EMR/CRM experience
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
