Job Summary
LendingOne is seeking a Business Development Manager/Representative based in Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; Atlanta, GA; or Austin, TX to lead the property management partnership program. The role involves independent prospecting, building local and regional relationships, representing LendingOne at frequent local/state/regional events with multi-day travel, following up on marketing leads, supporting the VP of Partnerships at national events, and progressively owning regional partnership activities. The candidate should have 2–3 years of successful sales experience, strong communication and public speaking skills, a track record of meeting goals, and the ability to travel as needed (approximately 30%–70% during peak seasons). Remote work is available on an ongoing basis (e.g., Work-From-Home Fridays) alongside in-person responsibilities in the specified cities.
Required Qualifications

- ● 2-3 years of successful sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- ● Based in either Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, or Austin – and ready to hit the ground running
- ● A passion for business development: prospecting new leads, nurturing relationships, and closing deals independently
- ● Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently for client meetings, partner visits and industry events
- ● Confidence and polish in public speaking, hosting and presenting at events and conferences
- ● Excellent relationship management and communication skills to build and maintain strong partner connections
- ● A self-starter mentality with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
