Job Summary
Business Development Manager is responsible for driving net-new client acquisition by introducing staffing and workforce solutions to new organizations. This pure hunter role focuses on outbound prospecting, relationship development with hiring managers and operational decision-makers, discovery meetings to understand workforce challenges, presenting contract and contract-to-hire staffing solutions, and owning the sales process from initial outreach through first placements. This position maintains a qualified pipeline in CRM, collaborates with Recruiting and Operations leadership to ensure delivery, and supports onboarding and early client reviews for new accounts. Expected success metrics include new staffing agreements, new job orders, gross margin from new accounts, and time-to-first placement. Hybrid work environment with on-site M-F and remote options.
