Job Summary
Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold-calling. Conduct market research to identify potential leads, understand market trends and competitor activities, and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers by acting as their primary point of contact for all sales-related queries. Address customer needs and objections, prepare and deliver sales presentations, and negotiate contracts to close deals successfully. Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM software and prepare reports for management. Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and share customer feedback for internal improvement.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey product value effectively
- Ability to negotiate terms and close deals
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends or opportunities
- Ability to address customer concerns and propose effective solutions
- Comfort with presenting to clients, both in person and digitally
- A focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to handle rejection and persist in a competitive environment
- Confidence and charm to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market dynamics
- Office time: 10:00 AM IST to 07:00 PM IST
