Job Summary
Business Development Manager- Oracle HW responsible for executing supplier/vendor initiatives, managing the full sales cycle to maximize revenue, gross profit, and customer satisfaction by building deep relationships with supplier/partner contacts. Key duties include channel partner and vendor engagement, credit management and order processing with AR collections, pipeline management and forecasting, inventory management, learning from existing BDMs to grow market potential, coaching and enabling channel partners to close deals, coordinating partner technical and sales training on new products/technologies, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration with suppliers. Travel is frequent (50%), and the role operates in distribution-center environments with standard office conditions and occasional non-standard hours. Requires 1–3 years of relevant experience; Bachelor’s degree in technical/business field is required, with a Master’s/Postgraduate degree preferred. Proficiency in English and a local language, strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, and the ability to work independently under pressure are expected.
