Job Summary
Drive growth in the workplace design and build sector through high-volume outbound calling and strategic outreach (LinkedIn, CoStar, industry databases) to research, identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities. Generate and manage a forward-looking pipeline of high-value opportunities, advance prospects through the sales funnel, and maintain accurate CRM records. Collaborate with the Business Development, Marketing, Account Management, and Project Director teams to align outreach, share market intelligence, and tailor collateral for a professional client experience. Stay informed on industry trends to enhance prospect conversations and identify growth avenues. A strong emphasis on outbound prospecting, lead generation, and CRM management to support team performance and revenue objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 1 years minimum experience in a Business Development type role (preferably within workplace design fit-out or comparable industry).
- A proactive, results-driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with high-volume calling and confident using platforms like LinkedIn and CoStar.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail for CRM management.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
