Job Summary
As a Business Development Manager, you will drive the business development process from opportunity identification to closing. Responsibilities include managing the prospect pipeline, mapping stakeholders, building relationships with prospective buyers, shaping offers, providing pre-sales information, and educating prospects on OMP’s value proposition. You will represent OMP at events and manage the CRM system to follow up on accounts.

- Experience in business development or a related field
- Strong ability to manage the prospect pipeline
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Effective communication skills for educating prospects
- Ability to overcome objections and obstacles
- Experience using CRM systems
