Business Development Manager

Job Summary
The Business Development Manager leads opportunity identification and qualification across the Group’s business units, developing and managing the Group’s B2B pipeline, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include guiding cross-functional collaboration to accelerate deal closure, designing compelling customer value propositions and go-to-market strategies, identifying and structuring partnerships and growth enablers, preparing data-driven business cases for new initiatives, negotiating with partners for optimal commercial outcomes, and ensuring governance and financial controls are maintained. The role requires strong stakeholder management, market analysis, strategic thinking, and leadership to motivate cross-unit teams and align marketing, distribution, and brand initiatives with Group objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Business or a related field (required)
- MBA or equivalent (advantageous)
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably within financial services
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving capability in complex environments
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions and lead multidisciplinary teams
- Strong financial acumen, including business case development and oversight
- Strong leadership capability with a focus on performance, innovation, and commercial outcomes
