Business Development Manager - Occupational First Aid

Business Development Manager for Occupational First Aid within Safeguard’s Public Safety sales team. Build and strengthen customer relationships with key accounts and end users to drive sales growth in the Occupational Health market. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, identify and create new opportunities by positioning solutions aligned with customer goals, challenges, and initiatives, and oversee retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, customer service, and contracting to deliver sales goals; develop pricing and proposals with Commercial Operations; drive new revenue growth within the assigned segment; provide sales forecasts and growth strategy to support the overall Public Safety revenue plan; participate in trade shows and other industry events. This role can work remotely from anywhere within the continental US within 50 miles of a major airport.
