Job Summary
Business Development Manager in New York to support strategic growth for Infinite Global. Role focuses on coordinating end-to-end proposal and pitch support (RFP/RFI, credential decks, capability statements), maintaining the credentials library, producing pitch materials, and ensuring content is accurate and on-brand. Responsibilities include CRM/pipeline management in HubSpot, tracking opportunities through close, regular reporting, market intelligence collaboration, and coordinating with content, digital, research, and design teams. The role also involves BD project management, strategic account planning, research and market intelligence, and participating in the firm’s visibility efforts. Hybrid work schedule in New York with a focus on process improvement, scalable proposal assets, and cross-functional collaboration to drive client engagement and revenue.,
Required Qualifications
- Three to five years of relevant experience in business development, BD operations, or closely related function.
- Prior experience at PR or communications agency, law firm, professional services organization, or large consulting firm preferred.
- Strong writing ability; ability to draft clear, compelling capabilities and proposal content.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint and Excel) and ability to produce polished documents/presentations.
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce) and willingness to deepen expertise for reporting and pipeline management.
- Ability to coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder proposal processes from initiation to submission.
- Organized with strong project management skills; ability to manage competing deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Ability to tailor narrative to specific audience and opportunity.
- Collaborative and service-oriented, capable of representing the firm in introductory conversations with prospective clients.
- Knowledge of legal and professional services landscape or eagerness to develop it quickly.
