Job Summary
The Business Development Manager will actively prospect, qualify, and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue, conduct sales calls, develop relationships with accounts, and execute strategic account plans for growth. Responsibilities include representing the hotel at events, collaborating with sales and revenue management teams, maintaining sales records, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires strong communication, organization, analytical skills, and sales abilities, along with a demonstrated background in business development or sales.
