Job Summary
The Nuclear Business Development Manager will build, maintain, and grow relationships with nuclear power plant owners and stakeholders to identify and develop high-value project opportunities across the United States, managing complex pursuits with a multi-disciplined internal team (engineering, construction operations) and supporting proposal development, client follow-up, and Salesforce relationship management. The role involves active participation in industry conferences and associations, collaboration with cross-functional leaders, and travel to nuclear power plants (anticipated minimum 60%). The ideal candidate will possess 10-15 years of sales experience in the Power Generation market (nuclear experience preferred) and a strong ability to navigate extended sales cycles, with a technical understanding of concrete construction/repair and related technologies preferred.
