Job Summary
Drive new Novated business through acquisitions and working with existing Introducers; build and maintain relationships with senior decision makers; identify opportunities for Metro Finance and execute growth in Novated business through volume and profitability; maintain high submission quality and improve conversion from application to settlement; required to meet and exceed sales and profitability targets with strong negotiation, communication, and time-management skills; hybrid work setup in Melbourne with travel to service region.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a sales role with strong experience and familiarity within the Novated channel
- High-level of communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to negotiate
- Good conflict resolution, influencing and active listening skills
- Experience working to and exceeding targets
- Willingness to travel to service region
- Must have Australian working rights (citizen or PR)
