Job Summary

The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing and managing new market opportunities and strategic key accounts, including formulating strategic plans across assigned areas. This role includes close collaboration with regional sales and engineering teams to create innovative solutions, alongside maintaining market intelligence regarding competitors and industry trends. The candidate will lead contract negotiations, manage customer NDA’s, and assist in technical presentations and customer events while proficiently tracking sales leads on CRM.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering or Material Science or Industrial Technology or Business Administration or any equivalent University technical degree)
  • 10 years of Oil and Gas sales management experience
  • Experience managing independent representatives and distributors
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Valid US drivers license and safe driving history

Desired Qualifications

  • Technical knowledge and/or experience with FRP composites and or Thermoplastic lined FRP composites used in industrial applications
  • MBA or Military Officer experience

Additional Requirements

  • Candidate must be able to work independently in a home-based office
  • Significant domestic travel is required
