Job Summary
Develop PBSA and BTR partnerships across the North of England and Scotland (covering Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool, Edinburgh and Glasgow) by identifying opportunities, winning new partners, and managing end-to-end onboarding, performance, and renewal. Act as the primary commercial contact, present the UniHomes offering with clear value and reach, drive the full commercial lifecycle from outreach to close, and support partners as their portfolios grow. Spend significant time in the field meeting prospective partners, build long-term relationships, use performance insights to lead renewal discussions, maintain CRM records and pipeline, and stay aligned with PBSA/BTR market trends. The role is field-based with autonomy and includes uncapped commission potential; requires frequent travel and a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle; occasional overnight stays at the Sheffield HQ are expected.
