Job Summary
Manage the entire sales cycle by building relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders to drive business growth and execute supplier strategies. Independently manage assigned suppliers to ensure delivery of best-in-class value-added services while identifying new business opportunities and market segments. Execute go-to-market strategies by generating and managing a healthy sales pipeline, conducting market research, and preparing proposals for contract negotiations. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop customer solutions and monitor industry trends to recommend strategic initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 8 years of experience in business development, channel sales, or IT solutions sales
- Proven experience in developing and managing partner/channel ecosystems
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand market trends and customer needs
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Mature and professional, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of an organization
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to leverage internal and external resources to drive business growth
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving revenue and business growth targets
- Good understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, or related technology solutions
