Job Summary
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and opportunity qualification through solution positioning, pricing, negotiation, closing, and account growth. Drive new business for high-performance materials, technical laminates, reinforced materials, electrical insulation solutions, and engineered components. Build relationships with OEMs, industrial manufacturers, fabricators, converters, and specialty distributors across mobility, commercial and specialty vehicles, rail, automation, and other industrial applications. Identify new market opportunities, develop assigned territories and customer segments, and convert commercial strategy into sustainable, profitable revenue growth. Collaborate with engineering, product management, manufacturing, and commercial teams across the United States, Mexico, and Germany to advance customer opportunities. This individual-contributor role requires 50–70% travel throughout North America.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in industrial B2B sales, business development, territory sales, regional sales, technical sales, sales engineering, market development, or a comparable commercial role within engineered materials, composites, plastics, insulation, or industrial manufacturing
- Demonstrated success opening new accounts, developing territories or market segments
- Experience selling engineered materials, technical products, components, or industrial solutions into manufacturing environments
- Strong prospecting, consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, self-directed, and organized working style with strong commercial judgment
- Willingness to travel 50–70% throughout North America
